Aligned Benefits has created a customized Voluntary Benefits package just for MISBO member schools.  The features of their offerings include:

GUARANTEED ISSUE, PERMANENT and PORTABLE: You cannot be denied coverage as long as you are actively at work. There are no medical questions and no blood tests. Policies can be obtained regardless of pre-existing conditions.

SERVICE:  A dedicated 800 number is assigned to MISBO member schools for all questions and concerns, assisting in any claims processing. When you call, you can speak to the same service representative every time, who will act as your advocate to the carriers. This service representative will monitor each step in the claims process, ensuring that your claim gets adjudicated in a timely fashion and the process is as seamless as possible. Furthermore, the service team at Aligned Benefits is experienced with the needs of educators, faculty, and staff and have worked with the following associations: AFT – American Federation of Teachers (1.4 Mil members), NYSUT – New York State United Teachers (600K members).
